KIDS ADVANCED CLASSES
The Kids Advanced Classes or Colored Belt Classes are designed to build a more advanced understanding by building more connections and teaching advanced techniques.
Students will be given more physical challenges and also explanations of core character education concepts to boost their confidence for the challenges daily life brings them.
PROGRAM INCLUDES:
– Improve movement & coordination
– Learn self-discipline, build confidence, & empower self-esteem
– Movement connections & understanding rules
– Respect for instructors and peers
CURRICULUM KEY POINTS:
– Overview of all positions & situations
– Self-defense
– Fundamental, intermediate, & advanced techniques
– Explanation of core character education concepts
– No-Gi concepts
