A parent bringing a child to Elementum starts differently from an adult who has never trained. Kids try a class with their age group. Adults have a one-to-one introduction before joining the regular program.
For either first visit, comfortable athletic clothing without zippers is enough. You do not need to buy a gi beforehand.
